Founded in 1981, the Merritt Group of Companies (“Merritt”) develops and owns major hotel conference centers and mixed-use developments in the Northeastern United States. Our projects are characterized by excellence in location, design, financing, and construction.
Note: The projects described herein are owned or advised by subsidiaries, affiliates, or by unrelated companies which are owned in whole or in part by individuals associated with Merritt Capital Investors, LLC (“Merritt”).
