Wyndham® Princeton Forrestal Hotel & Conference Center
Purchased in 2004, Merritt transformed the former Merrill Lynch property into The Wyndham® Princeton Forrestal Hotel & Conference Center. The property has an excellent location for the corporate meeting market in Princeton, NJ, home to many of the world’s largest corporate headquarters and close to both New York City and Philadelphia. The center features 64 state-of-the-art meeting rooms; 62,000 square feet of function space and a 400-seat auditorium. The property’s meeting planners provide a personalized experience to clients no matter the size of the event.
Merritt oversaw and completed a multi-million dollar renovation of all 364 guest rooms and lobby. A second multi-million dollar renovation with a focus on the public spaces and food and beverage is currently underway and will be completed in early 2008.
